We are a 3 barrel nano brewery in downtown Raleigh featuring a full bar and growlers to go. Our beer is something, often unique, and always tasty. Our bar is comfortable and our staff is well versed in the way of zymurgy, small talk and making you feel at home. We also happen to be serving some of the best pizza in town. Sour Red Release – Aug 30
To celebrate Raleigh Beer Week we at Trophy have decided to let a little project of ours see daylight. We’ll be releasing 200 bottles of our 18 month old, bottle-conditioned, Solera method, Flanders Red for sale. Additionally we’ll have a cask of the same beer pouring from our beer engine.
August 31st – So, there are a few kegs that have been sitting around, just getting better, around the brewery. Well, as part of Raleigh Beer Week and to celebrate the opening of the new Trophy beer garden we’re tapping into a few of them and bringing in The Debonzo Brothers to serenade us as we crush a 2013 Hand of Enoch Imperial Stout, Apple Brandy Aged Benjamin’s Will Imperial Stout, and a freshly emptied Best In Show aged in Makers Mark Barrels. http://raleighbeerweek.com/
