Each location has its own range, we can help you select which location may fit you best! We have hosted everything from networking events and political gatherings to birthdays and baby showers to rehearsals and weddings.

We recommend booking at least 60 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to plan! We begin finalizing events 30 days out from the event date with the submission of menu selections. We cannot accept bookings within 2 weeks prior to the desired date.

Events at Trophy Brewing & Pizza & State of Beer each start with a four-hour slot.

We recommend breaking it down like this - 30 minutes before the event for any decorating, 3 hours of event time, and 30 minutes after for cleaning up that decor.

You can choose to extend that event time while booking if you’d like to be able to spend more time with us making memories - we’d just adjust your fees accordingly after discussing that additional cost with you!

Each space has its own space fee and minimum spend requirement. Both the fee and minimum for each space differs based on the day of the week and the space(s) booked. 

The space fee is a taxed fee paid up front when you are ready to book a space as yours. This fee is non-refundable and is what makes the space yours along with a signed contract.

The minimum spend is the minimum amount of spending by you, the host, and is the spending goal you must reach at a minimum on your combined food and beverage purchases. This is to be met prior to the addition of taxes, gratuity, and the service fee.

While we do allow specialty desserts at all locations, our Maywood Hall & Garden location is the only one that allows for outside catering. At our other locations, we offer a unique catering menu and are open to discussing custom options.

We do offer to serve outside wine with a corkage fee at select locations but all other alcohol must come from our selection onsite. Don’t worry, we have a constantly changing draft list as well as other options for those who do prefer beverages other than beer.

We do! Both Trophy Brewing & Pizza and State of Beer offer options for to go offerings from their catering menus. Those menus can be found on each locations respective event page! 

These orders must be submitted by 14 days prior to the preffered pickup date. Looking for something sooner? Reach out to the respective restaurant to have them help put together an order from their regular menu!

We do not offer off-site catering services at this time.
